Rheinland Pfalz Saar International
The breeding region of the Rheinland Pfalz Saar Verband is located in Southern Germany along the Rhine River. The German Verband extended its operations to the USA in 1995 by primarily covering jumping horses of German breeding. Many know these horses as Zweibruckers, a name taken from the brand as it shows the two famous bridges in the town of Zweibrucken. Duke Christian established a state stud in 1755 and a replica of his crown rests above the two bridges forming the brand of the Verband.
